Situated right next to the cable car, the beautiful Le Clos de la Fontaine building has a large entrance hall with a ski locker room. A lift accesses all floors. Shared private parking facilities are available.  An excellent bakery, a “tabac” and a bar are just minutes for the apartment. The town centre, with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment

Located on the third floor, the spacious apartment is sleeps up to 8 people. (70 sq metres).  The large living area has a large comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with DVD player.  The dining area has a table which extends to seat 8.  The modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, a high specification oven and microwave, a large fridge and dishwasher.  The apartment is very well equipped for self catering with 12 sets of crockery/cutlery and a good selection of cooking utensils.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, and bedroom 2 has single beds single beds which can also be used as a double bed. Bedroom 3 also has single beds which can be used as a double bed. Bedroom 4 has bunk-beds and a sofa bed. A sofa-bed is also available in the living area.  The modern family bathroom has a shower over the bath.  There is also an additional cloakroom with toilet and hand-basin. Outside there is a balcony with table and chairs.
